As a reminder, payment is due before any mockups are created. While we’ve been lenient with this policy in the past, we will now be enforcing it for all customers, including friends, family, and returning clients.

Every mockup we create is completely custom and requires time, creativity, and attention to your unique style and theme. Unfortunately, we’ve had instances where our designs were shared or recreated without an order being placed.

To protect our time and original work, no mockups will be created until payment has been received.
