At Armor Insulation, quality isn’t just about achieving the right R-value—it’s about taking pride in every detail and making every job look as clean and uniform as possible. Our crew goes the extra mile to ensure every project not only performs exceptionally well but also looks professional from start to finish.

On this project, we installed 1 inch of closed-cell spray foam throughout the living quarters on both the walls and roof to provide an excellent air and v***r barrier. We then applied 5 inches of open-cell foam on the walls and 6 inches of open-cell foam on the roof to maximize R-values, improve energy efficiency, and create a high-performance building envelope.

In the shop area, we applied 1 inch of closed-cell foam on the walls, followed by 4 inches of open-cell foam. On the roof, we installed 1 inch of closed-cell foam and capped it with 6 inches of open-cell foam, providing outstanding insulation performance while maintaining excellent efficiency throughout the building.

To top it all off, we color-matched the exposed red iron to the building’s exterior trim and matched the foam to the metal color, giving the entire project a clean, uniform appearance that reflects the pride we take in our work.
