Christian Life Center mourns the passing of Bro. Nolan Alders, a charter member of CLC and a faithful servant of this church for many decades.

Bro. Alders served faithfully as a deacon for 34 years. He loved Christian Life Center, loved the people of the church, and consistently led with generosity in supporting the mission of CLC. His life touched countless people through more than three decades of faithful service.

To so many in our church family, he was affectionately known as “Papa.” That name reflected the warmth, kindness, wisdom, and steady encouragement he gave so freely to others.

He was an encourager, a mentor, and a man who truly wanted to help others become a success in life. Many in our church family have been blessed by his kindness, wisdom, generosity, and faithful Christian example.

His funeral will be held tomorrow, June 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Cason Monk-Metcalf, with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Thank you to all of our church members for the love, prayers, meals, messages, and support shown to the Alders family during this difficult time. Please continue to keep the family in your prayers.

We honor Bro. Alders’s life, his legacy, and his faithful service to Christian Life Center.
