The Texas Real Estate Commission is improving transparency with a new required disclosure about groundwater and surface water rights.

Team CPRE learned more about this water notice at a event hosted by Sam Alders and Texas Farm Credit. We were grateful to hear from the co-author of the notice, Dr. Charles Porter, and from Dr. Blake Bennett of Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. It's meetings like this that keep our realtors up-to-date so they can continue opening doors for East Texans!

The first lot in the new Pine Ridge Subdivision is now SOLD thanks to Amber Jolley, Realtor and her client JB Crawford Construction!

This sweet young couple bought their first piece of land and will soon build their very first home, the floor plan for which is also being designed by the Crawford crew. What an exciting day of firsts! Congratulations to all!
