Our story started in the most 2020 way possible—sitting in the same Zoom math class, just two names on a screen. It wasn’t until later, in the lobby of our freshman dorm at SFA, that we officially met… all thanks to a late-night Monster run that turned into something way more meaningful than either of us expected. We started talking, became inseparable, and by fall 2021, made it official—and the rest has been our favorite chapter yet.

When it came to planning our wedding, Alex was the only choice. She is incredibly intentional and pours her heart into everything she does, and it shows in every detail. We’ve known Alex as a friend for a while, and that made it even more clear how naturally she brings care, creativity, and thoughtfulness into everything she touches. From the very beginning, alexjayevents stood out in a way that no one else did.
We didn’t just want a planner—we wanted someone who would truly care, who would pour into our day the same way we would. For us, that made the decision easy. It was always Alex 🤍
