Went to the Mauldin Sooie BBQ Cook-off this past Friday and Saturday. Wasn’t expecting too great of results since we’ve barely cooked this year but we were surprised!!! Out of 24 cook teams we finished 3rd on Friday nights sweet category. Saturday we came up with a 1st in ribs and 5th in pork which was good enough to land us as Reserve Grand Champion!!! Congrats to Monkey Bottoms BBQ for the Grand Champion and everyone else who got a call!!

Chicken legs finished with High on the Hog’s new trifecta sauce!! Oh boy!!!!
