Grand Strand Market Report: April 2026

I know market numbers can feel a little overwhelming at first, but they really do tell a helpful story when we slow down and look at what they mean.

For April, prices are still holding strong, inventory is up, and the pace looks a little different depending on where you are along the Grand Strand.

For buyers, that may mean a few more choices and a little more room to breathe. For sellers, it means having the right strategy still matters so much — from pricing to presentation to understanding what’s happening in your own neighborhood.

Horry County
Through April 30
• Avg. Sales Price: $658K
• Home Inventory: 658 (+11.9%)
• Avg. Days on Market: 107 (-17.1%)

Georgetown County
Through April 30
• Avg. Sales Price: $370K
• Home Inventory: 6,853 (+1.7%)
• Avg. Days on Market: 128 (+2.4%)
