Riptide beach club is seeking a maintenance technician with at least one year of hotel maintenance experience. This is a part-time position with nights and weekends a must. This position requires knowledge of basic carpentry and furniture installation, electrical and plumbing knowledge and painting. You will be regularly helping with property cleanup, landscaping, repairs, renovations and move in/ out guest assistance. Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Must be willing to learn and be hands-on with resolving guest issues. The position does require physical labor. Candidate would need to be able to bend, lift and have basic knowledge of tools.
