We are excited to embark on our next venture. Today marks a bittersweet milestone as we have successfully sold our Myrtle Beach Condo, a property filled with cherished memories. Throughout our experience as hosts, Jeff and I have grown and developed, navigating the intricacies of the short-term rental journey. We have had the pleasure of collaborating with an exceptional property manager and gained valuable insights from those who did not meet our expectations. Moreover, we have had the joy of meeting incredible guests and, of course, those who taught us patience. This journey has been a remarkable learning curve, and we look forward to returning to Myrtle Beach in the future. Following the cancellation of our Canadian renter's month-long stay in April, the condo is now available for rental. Interested individuals seeking a sunny retreat are encouraged to reach out.

Snow! Hopefully this is a one-time occurrence, or Myrtle 104 may be moving to the Florida Keys. Thankfully, our guests checked out before the snow arrived, as several businesses are closed today.

We are excited to announce a new partnership between our company and Myrtlewood Villas, a leading property management firm. This partnership will provide our guests with access to the indoor pool, lazy river, on-site pavilion, and support with booking golf outings and lodging through GolfTrek. Myrtlewood Villas serves as the exclusive lodging host for Ripken Sports Center, offering accommodations in various golf communities, oceanfront properties, and now Myrtle 104. We anticipate completing the transition by mid-December and are currently accepting reservations for December and the following year.

We are currently accepting reservations for stays from January 6th until January 31st and for all of February and March.

As the seasons change, we focus on preparing our condominium for our valued guests. This includes maintenance, thorough cleaning, and replenishing any missing or damaged items.
