Inbound Sales & Retention / Customer Care Manager

📍 Must live within 25 miles of Carolina Forest, SC

This is NOT a receptionist job.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role for someone who can CLOSE deals and handle real customer situations 💼🔥

💥 WHAT YOU’LL DO
📞 Convert inbound calls into new customers
💪 Save cancellations & protect recurring revenue
🧠 Handle escalated customer issues with confidence
👥 Work alongside virtual assistants (you lead the operation)
📊 Track performance, close rates, and key metrics
👉 You are the revenue engine inside the office.

💼 RESPONSIBILITIES
📈 Inbound Sales
• Close incoming pest control leads
• Follow proven sales scripts
• Follow up on missed calls & unsold estimates
• Maintain strong close rates

🛡️ Retention & Escalations
• Handle Level 2 customer care
• Resolve issues calmly & professionally
• Prevent cancellations whenever possible

👨‍💻 Team Leadership
• Oversee 2 virtual assistants
• Keep processes tight & organized
• Maintain clean CRM notes

📊 Performance Tracking
• Track close rates & saved cancellations
• Hit monthly new customer goals
• Report numbers weekly

💰 COMPENSATION
Total: $36K–$60K (depending on experience)
Commission per new customer 💵
Bonuses for saving cancellations 🎯

Monthly incentives
🔥 On-target earnings: $15K+ in bonuses

⏰ SCHEDULE
Full-Time (40 hours)
Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm
