The Blessing Box is new to Evans City at the Library. I will be placing some items in it tomorrow. Please share to get the word out!

Blessing Box
The Blessing Box was created and made to help anyone who may need some groceries, personal hygiene items or even a few clothing items. The Blessing Box is located at 204 South Jackson Street, Evans City at the Southeast outside corner of the Evans City Library.
The idea for the blessing box started with donating backpacks to the homeless in Pittsburgh filled with personal hygiene items and wanted to do something closer to home and our community. My thoughts turned into the Blessing Box
Take what you need:
Remember that there are many individuals ‘in need’
Give what you can:
No expired non-perishable food items permitted
Only clothing in excellent condition
If Blessing Box is full, place non-perishable food items in bin inside first door of Library
If clothing does not fit in Blessing Box, you can donate to The Blue Kangaroo at https://www.bluekangarookids.com/donate-indes-impact.
Suggestions are encouraged for items in need at our page.
