JOB OVERVIEW
Reports to: Housekeeping Supervisors, Asst. Directors of Housekeeping, Director of Housekeeping
The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and stocking hotel rooms to ensure Sea Mist’s highest standards of cleanliness and exceeding guest expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Prior housekeeping experience helpful.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, service and repair of equipment as assigned. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program, handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned. He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs, such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, etc. Length of service and experience will be the main factors in differentiating this position from Maintenance Technician I. This is not an entry level position.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency, preventative maintenance systems and all related engineering disciplines.
• Must meet age requirements of jurisdiction.
• Ability to communicate with public and other employees.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

JOB OVERVIEW
Reports to: Laundry Manager and Laundry Assistant Manager
The Laundry Technician III is responsible for operating all laundry equipment in a timely and productive manner in order to clean, dry, and fold articles such as sheets, towels, table linens, napkins, etc to maintain Sea Mist’s highest standards of cleanliness and exceed guest expectations as well as picking up and delivering linen throughout the Resort property and picking up and emptying trash and recycling bins.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Less than three moving violations in the three previous years. No DUI convictions.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Experience in operating a large box truck.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
