Come On In Ya’ll

Myrtle Beach Christian Church is currently fundraising for two very important missions trips. Our youth pastor will be heading up one trip to Puerto Rico and will involve several of the youth at MBCC. It’s important for young people to see and experience first hand how others less fortunate live. It can impact the lives of both while learning that it is better to give than receive.
The second trip will be to Queretaro,Mexico which is about three hours north of Mexico City, to visit a 40 year old children’s home for troubled teens. The goal first and foremost is to teach these kids Christianity and to help them complete high school. As long as the kids remain in good standing, they can stay and receive help to attend college.
There is much to do which will include labored skills such as building and repairs; replacing roofs; repairing bathrooms, painting and the list goes on and on. They have many needs.

Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. ~Psalm 82:3
