Horry County Rimfire

I find it very interesting that there has been major resurgence in rimfire over the last several years. Most of us fondly remember shooting some type of .22 as our first "real" firearm. As I find myself getting older, I have been drawn back to the amazing world of rimfire. So I ask these questions...what was your first .22, and what is your favorite now?
