For 11 years, Rootdown has been building a community rooted in movement, connection, and belonging. For the past 11 summers, we’ve gathered aboard the ship USS LST 393 veterans museum in downtown Muskegon, a tradition that has become one of our favorite parts of the year.

I’ve taught on this ship while pregnant with all three of my girls, and now watching them flow beside me is a full-circle moment I’ll always cherish.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible team, our Rootdown family of yoga guides and juice bar staff, the Mart Dock, and everyone who’s ever rolled out a mat with us, grabbed a juice, or supported Rootdown along the way. You are the heart of this community, and we wouldn’t be here without you.

Celebrate with us! Join us Wednesday at 7pm on the USS LST 393 veterans museum for yoga, live music, and cold-pressed juice, or Saturday in the studio for our 11-year anniversary celebration with special discounts on yoga and juice.
