Our first ever community event in our new building, Literacy Ladder, was a huge success! Thank you to all our partners and community members for showing up ready to connect, share, and learn. It's our honor to lift up the legacy of Dr. Doris Rucks in our Training Room, making space for moments like these that inspire and support life long learning.

One big take away from the event - if you have a goal to pursue a certificate, training, or college program... There are SO MANY people in this community ready to get you connected to these opportunities. Ask us and we'll introduce you!

We had the pleasure of welcoming Representative Hillary Scholten to our new literacy center yesterday. She toured our space, talked with participants, and took the time to learn more about the challenges and opportunities surrounding adult literacy.

Thank you for recognizing that investing in adult literacy is an investment in stronger families, a stronger workforce, and a stronger community.
