I strained the Gazpacho, and reserved the pulpy liquid.
Divided into 2 containers:
Crostini: added fresh basil & flat leave parsley
Grill Italian bread, rub with fresh garlic, top and serve.
Restaurant Salsa: added cilantro, jalapeno and reserved pulp
Use small bowls so everyone can double dip their chips!

Is your garden overflowing with
tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, garlic, onion?
Zip, Zap Done! Chill in the fridge, sprinkle with Feta
Serve cold with chilled pesto shrimp
Or grilled steak or chicken, yum!
