Karens Threads Wreath Design

Is there anyone here with a green thumb? I would love to propagate this hibiscus, but I am not sure how to do it successfully! I've had it about 3 years and it comes back bigger and better every year and I would love to have several more. I do much better with artificial flowers though! 🤣 I do okay with flowers that require minimal maintenance like these that just pop back up every year and don't require anything but occasional watering, but that's it for the most part. Lol. I would love any advice you have for me!
