The slide went out on our 2022 Grey Wolf during a camping trip with our daughter (back from college) and Tommy and crew made the trip to the site to diagnose. He was helpful and professional. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed on site but he worked directly with the warranty company to get the repairs approved and then we set up a separate appointment to drop off the camper for repair. Communication was excellent and at the end of the day we got our camper back in working order. Highly recommend MayDay if you ever find yourself in need of their services."
