In celebration of Turkey Day I bring to you or .
This pose Loosens and strengthens the ankles and hips. It helps Loosens wrists and shoulders & Releases tightness between shoulder blades and across sacrum. It Cultivates confidence &
Strengthens legs. Some say that it may even help with digestion. 😉
Inhale- right leg rises hands lengthen towards the sky.
Exhale- right leg comes over the left knee ankle aims for behind the left calf or out to the side. Left hand comes under the right (thing opposite leg and opposite arm) to make a bind with the hands or thumb.
Inhale- lift through the spine and lift the elbows to lengthen and create space.
Exhale- begin to sink into the pose, elbows are lifted and shoulders are dropped.
Smile, breathe, live in gratitude.
YOU are POWERFUL beyond measure.
It's time i start putting this to full use.
