Check out Dr. Hermes’ EXS 351 Exercise Physiology Lab students in action! 💪 Using the advanced iWorx kits and the TENDO Power Analyzer, they’re diving deep into the performance characteristics in skeletal muscle, influence of lifting velocity, and varying EMG-grip force relationships in the lab. This hands-on experience is helping them understand how the body moves and reacts, providing a crucial foundation for their future careers.
