Bright Minds Neurodevelopment
It might look like we’re just turning the head from side to side, but…
We’re actually working on integrating the Asymmetrical Tonic Neck Reflex (ATNR) 🧠
This primitive reflex should naturally integrate in early childhood, but when it remains active, it can contribute to:
❌ Difficulty focusing
❌ Feeling mentally scattered
❌ Poor coordination
❌ Anxiety or overwhelm
❌ Struggles with left-right brain communication
💡 Why does this exercise help?
When you slowly turn the head from left to right while in this position, you're helping the brain practice communication between both sides of the body and both hemispheres of the brain.
This can support:
✔ Better focus and attention
✔ Improved coordination
✔ More efficient brain-body communication
✔ A calmer, more regulated nervous system
You’ll also notice we’re adding a few extra layers of support:
🔴 A red light cold laser on the cerebellum (the part of the brain involved in coordination, balance, and movement)
✔ A Rezzimax attached to the left arm for additional sensory input
✔ A Brain Driver to provide rhythmic stimulation and help reinforce neurological pathways
The goal isn’t just to move the body...
It’s to give the brain the right input so it can organize itself more efficiently.
🌊 Sometimes when people say, “I can’t explain it, but something just feels off,” it can be a sign that the brain and nervous system need better integration and communication.
Small exercises done consistently can make a big difference over time.

This might look weird at first...
We’re testing something most parents have never even thought about when it comes to ADHD, autism, and dyslexia…
🔊 Auditory Processing.
This simple tuning fork test helps us see how quickly a child can recognize sound and respond to it.
In this case, we asked him to raise his hand as soon as he could hear the vibration.
If there’s a delay or inconsistent reaction — it could mean their auditory system isn’t processing properly.
Why does this matter?
Because auditory processing challenges often show up as:
❌ Difficulty following directions
📚 Trouble reading or staying focused in class
😵💫 Sensory overwhelm
💬 Miscommunication or delayed responses
🧠 ADHD-like symptoms
💡 The good news is, these delays are often tied to retained Primitive Reflexes — which we can help integrate at home with the right exercises.

Stories like this remind us why we do what we do. 💙
And the smile on his face says it all🥹🥰
The brain is incredibly powerful.
Even after trauma.
Even after years.
Even when hope feels small.
With gentle, consistent, brain-based care focused on stimulating the nervous system, improving brain communication, and helping the body reconnect with the brain…
✨ New pathways can form
✨ Old pathways can wake back up
✨ Healing becomes possible
We don’t claim miracles.
We don’t promise overnight fixes.
But we do believe in the brain’s ability to change.
And we’ve seen it happen again and again.
If you or a loved one is struggling with speech, movement, cognition, focus, emotional regulation, or neurological challenges…
💬 Comment “HOPE" and we will send info to see if we may be able to help.

Bright Minds is doing free neuro assessments! Call or text our phone number to schedule.801-874-2835. You can also dm us. During the assessment, we will check for primitive reflexes, Dallas texas, Focus testing, processing skills, and synchronization ability. The test also looks at left and right brain imbalances.
