Your story is powerful. It helps you understand you better, and it helps your family understand themselves better too.

It is not hard to write your story. 30 minutes a week will get you a significant ways, especially if you make it your goal to work on it in 2026.

We can easily spend 30 minutes on social media. When we put our 30 minutes to creating something lasting though, lives start to change, including our own.

God gave us the power to shape our own lives and our world. This is one way to start harnessing the power we have to act, for good.

We are putting on a Constitution Day event on September 15. My daughter is quite passionate about this, and she has put together a great program with some talented singers and speakers.

While our country is not perfect, we fully believe that the only way to keep it and improve it is to first recognize and celebrate the good that is America. If we never take time to see and celebrate the good, we will miss a significant part of the picture.

I have recently started trying to understand myself through looking at what my actions, words, etc. say about me. In other words, if my actions and words told the story of who I was inside, what would they say about me?

I know that we are more than our actions and words, but I also believe that my actions and words say a lot about what is inside of me.

So, when I looked at my prayers and the things I prayed for, I realized that, even though I didn't consciously think this, I was praying as if God was more of a genie in a bottle than my Father In Heaven. I wrote a little about the error in the way I approached my prayers, as it has actually changed quite a bit inside of me to approach prayer through a different lens.

Come join us at our annual community Constitution Day Celebration! We have a great time and keep all content uplifting and inspiring as we celebrate the good in our country and the blessing of our Constitution.

Come join us this coming Tuesday at noon! We will review laws impacting business that are currently proposed in Utah's legislative session, and we will start an exciting project to create model laws. We are serious about moving forward with improving the state of the law and politics, and by contributing your expertise and experience as a business owner, we believe we can create a system based in truth and sound principles.

We will also provide some great information on ways to improve emotional intelligence to better be able to handle the many challenges of running a business.

We will provide lunch to those that RSVP.
