Optimal Auction Group was proud to conduct today’s auction on behalf of the Calloway County Road Department. We donated our services free of charge in support of this great cause, and it turned out to be a beautiful day for an auction. We appreciate everyone who came out and participated.

The auction was conducted on behalf of the Calloway County Road Department as part of its periodic surplus asset liquidation process. From time to time, the Road Department sells used equipment, surplus materials, and vehicles that are no longer roadworthy or needed for county operations. This public auction was organized and advertised by the Calloway County Road Department, including publication in the local newspaper. Ethan Futrell, owner and founder of Optimal Auction Group, donated his bid-calling services for the event, assisting the Road Department in conducting the auction for the benefit of Calloway County taxpayers.

We would like to make everyone aware that there is a fraudulent company currently operating online and attempting to capitalize on our name and reputation.

We have seen this company operating under names such as "Optimal-Auction" and "Optimal Auction Sales”, “Optimal-Auctions”. Let us be absolutely clear: this company is NOT affiliated with OPTIMAL AUCTION GROUP, in any way, shape, or form.

After investigating this operation, I have determined it to be fraudulent. Their website claims they are located in Montana and advertises thousands of pieces of equipment for sale. Based on the information available, I do not believe this is a legitimate business operation.

DO NOT send them money. DO NOT provide them with personal information. DO NOT conduct business with them.

Optimal Auction Group, LLC is a Kentucky-based auction company built on honesty, transparency, and customer relationships. If you ever have any question whatsoever about whether you are dealing with our company, please contact us directly before making a purchase or sending funds.
