One of the most important parts of any aesthetic treatment is the assessment. Sometimes the answer is more filler. Sometimes it isn’t.
In this case, I found filler migration that was blurring the natural borders of the lips and affecting their shape. Adding more filler would not have given her a better result—it would have likely made the problem worse.
So we hit pause.
We dissolved the old filler, allowed everything to settle, and then rebuilt the lips strategically.
The result? Better definition. Better balance. Better shape.
