What a blessing to cater my Uncle Ron's 80th birthday!! He and Aunt Almeda literally gave me a roof over my head when I moved to Nashville for culinary school. He's one of the best men I know. And yes, he is a We love you Uncle Trigger

I personally dislike brie...but if I'm going to serve it, I will add lots of things I do like to it!!

I haven't had yellow watermelon this good since 1987! My Grandfather used to grow them and they were so good right out of the garden. But seems like they are watery and mealy when you can find them nowadays. HOWEVER, picked two beauties up at the and let me tell you....outstanding.
