True Performance

With the TSSAA season is coming up quickly. We are looking for 10 athletes that are wanting to lean into their potential and lock in some huge progress this season. We will do a deep dive with testing, racing strategies from the pros, small group strength training, meshing training with team workouts, and form efficiencies in-person. We currently coach multiple state champions and are looking to add more to our list this season.
