OMG!!!
I had to go to the dump Monday morning and when I got back I parked my truck and trailer next to my neighbors fence and unhooked the dump trailer. When I turned around to get back in the truck to move it I saw a huge snake on the fence!!! I nearly brushed up against it when I walked by!!!
I screamed so loud that my cat, who was inside started freaking out. 🤣
I had Heather come out and check it because I thought it was dead. It wasn’t dead. It got its head stuck in this mesh stuff the neighbor had at the top of her fence so it was stuck there. I had Heather try and cut it out with wire snips but she wasn’t able to so I had to do it!! I can’t believe I had to cut a freaking snake out of the mesh! I am deathly afraid of snakes.
It ended up being a 4’ corn snake. It rested on the ground for a few minutes before slithering off. So except for some scale/skin damage it’s totally fine.
I’m glad we got it out because it would have died there but I hate snakes!!! 🤮

DMC is going green! Some of you may remember a few years ago when we replaced the mowers with goats. Apparently they were not HOA approved. So that didn’t go well.
