❤️I'm usually winding down by 9pm and asleep before 10pm. Sleep gives me the ENERGY to wake up feeling refreshed and excited for the day. Now don't get me wrong these days I can stay up pretty late if I'm enjoying good company on a video call or hanging in the backyard by the firepit -- but I do daydream about laying down and having a good night's sleep.
💤My early bedtime allows me to get up with the sun. Being able to greet the sun during my morning walks puts me in a positive mind space for the day -- I feel more prepared, more present and confident I can handle anything thrown my way.
