For parent of all ages! Apparent Parenting: Embracing the Art and Mission of Training the Future Adults in Your Life. A seminar that connects the big picture of parenting to reframe and clarify how and why we parent the way we do on a daily basis.

Are you motivated to change, but don’t know where to start? Do you feel intimidated about starting the process of change? Have you ever felt overwhelmed or let down by all the social media tips and quick fixes for physical and mental health? Just looking for a community to grow with? This group is for you! Led by an LMFT, Hunter Dycus, this group will educate on healing, growth, and building healthy habits while helping group members feel connected and not alone. Together we will learn how shame and negative self-talk keep us stuck, learn and practice how to build new neural pathways, understand the connection between feelings, beliefs, and behavior, all while building safe relationships and living out the fundamental truth that “healing happens in community!”

This group is geared towards women in their 20’s-30’s who have a desire to date with intention and find that special someone. Topics we will discuss include : the purpose of dating, the art of vulnerability, restoration/repair, healing from past wounds, and much more. If you are someone who is single or dating this is the group for you. The objective of this group is to formulate a community where individuals feel heard, supported and empowered to know what healthy dating is and how to do it.
