For today’s 10 with Terry workout, all you need is ONE dumbbell—make it one that challenges you! 💪🔥

1️⃣ Goblet Squats – 12 reps 🏋️‍♀️
2️⃣ Plank Pull-Throughs – 12 total reps 🤸‍♀️
3️⃣ One-Arm Dumbbell Press – 12 reps each arm 💥
4️⃣ Optional: Lat Pullover – 12 reps 🙌

Four moves. Three rounds. A quick total-body burner you can do anytime! Let’s get stronger together, girls! 💖✨

Yesterday at Thanksgiving with my family, I noticed my nephew had lost a lot of weight. He had been up to 334 lbs and is now down to 180! 👏🔥 Of course I had to ask him, “What did you do?”

He said, “All I’ve done is walk… and walk a whole lot… and reduce my caloric intake because I was eating too much for the amount of activity I was doing.” 🚶‍♂️🥗

As we age, I truly believe strength training is one of the best things we can do — especially for women, but men too. 💪 Many people don’t love strength training, yet they want to stay healthy or get healthier.

So here’s my recommendation:
If you’ve been thinking about starting a fitness program and don’t know where to begin… start walking. It’s the simplest, easiest, and least expensive thing you can do for yourself. Lace up a good pair of shoes and head outdoors. 🌤️👟

Movement matters. Being outside is good for your mind, body, and soul. 🌿💛 And as my nephew reminded me… it’s never too late to start.

Girls, grab yourself a sturdy TheraBand! If you work in an office, try these exercises before you head home. If you say you don’t have time to work out, you can make time — just take 10 minutes to focus on YOU. You deserve it! 💗🙌

In the video, I have a TheraBand placed just above my knees. I’m doing lateral side steps with a squat — 15 steps to one side, then 15 steps back to the starting position. 🍑➡️⬅️

Another great move to pair with this is standing kickbacks at your desk. Keep your leg straight to really fire up those glutes, which is exactly what we’re focusing on today! 🔥
• Lateral steps = gluteus medius
• Kickbacks = gluteus maximus
• Add the squat = a well-rounded glute workout 🍑💥

As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass — and I don’t know about you girls, but I’m trying to maintain everything I’ve worked so hard for! Having strong glutes is a HUGE plus. They’re the powerhouse muscles of your body and help you move through everyday activities with strength and stability. 💯✨
