It’s been a while since my last post, but here it is… my first canister Damascus!
1090 powdered steel with 4% nickel, It has 1084 pieces of left over knives, Allen keys, chain pieces, saw blade, and ball bearings of two different sizes. totally random pattern and an experiment to say the least! Hoping all goes well on the forging. Absolutely cannot wait till the pattern shows in the etch.
