Remember when you plan your garden, each crop requires different nutrients. Rotating where you plant can be a simple way to keep the balance right. Let the plants die off before removing so they regenerate the soil. Healthier soil means more delicious homegrown veggies!

Regenerative farming applies the Buddhist wisdom of pratītyasamutpāda (dependent origination) and inter-being to agriculture. One could also describe this as aligning with the ecological wisdom of Nature, what some African cultures call "ubuntu" - the Indigenous wisdom that all LIFE is interdependently related as a whole, and thrives best as One family -🙏💕
