YES!!!!! Just walked out of Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance for my four month spinal surgery check up. I am cleared! I will say that I'll probably keep walking. Almost every day, Diana and I walk three miles a day. I lost twenty pounds and Diana has lost ten! Either way, I am very thankful. My goal was to get cleared at this point, but wasn't sure it would happen.... but it did! 😃
