We Remember You

This past Thursday night marked the end-of-project show for the Rutherford County Arts Alliance. I had the chance to share my thoughts and a few poems about the Plight of the Dementia Caregiver. It was a fantastic evening that celebrated a wonderful program offering countless opportunities to create art, build memories, share stories, and, most importantly, care for one another. We had a great time at Mindful Care Adult Day Services - a program of Elders First fundraiser - Mindful Games! It was a wonderful evening filled with great people, fun, conversation and excellent food. If you have not attended this event in the past, you should make plans to be there in 2027! And, yes, our team won the Trivia Contest!
