👷‍♂️Smooth Paving is actively hiring! We are looking for a few hard working individuals who would like to join our fast growing company. Ideal operator & laborer applicants would have at least two years of asphalt experience laboring & operating. An ideal working foreman applicant would have 10 years of commercial asphalt experience. Applicant should be able to run all equipment ( paver, grinder, roller, skid ), bonus if you have a Class A CDL, manage crews, shoot grades, read prints, communicate well with our diverse team and be able to layout projects for prep. We want to grow our staff with people who work well with others, and who are willing to learn! Pay is Union Scale, we are a union company with great benefits.
