Preferred Insurance Solutions is looking for someone with EXCELLENT phone, customer service, and problem-solving skills. The position will start with a large focus on answering phones, data entry, and servicing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will take these skills and expand them and into quoting home and auto insurance and trouble shooting. A background in insurance is preferred but NOT REQUIRED. The ability to learn quickly and self-motivate is KEY to growing in this role. Strong computer skills are needed as all our work is done electronically. We thrive on positive, pro-active thinking and so do our customers - so a great outlook on life and work is a necessary. The ability to work until 5pm is preferred.
