The Center for Historic Preservation was able to meet with Cindy from Sheridan Main Street! We were able to show her the progress we made in completing the final document.

This week Our Urban History class/ ARCH 646 visited the Athenaeum in Downtown Indianapolis! What a cool building with an interesting German American history.

Did you know that the Germans Immigrants at the time valued highly physical and mental strength as a means to be a good citizen. The Athenaeum was built to support those two goals. It served as a gymnasium education hall, and club house for these German settlers.

This week Our Urban History class/ ARCH 646 visited the Bottleworks Hotel! The building was once a Coca-Cola manufacturing facility. People from Ratio and Hendricks gave us an amazing tour!
