The TCFX TB MKII is built on a recreation of the circuit board found in the 1966 Tone Bender Professional MKII pedals. Unlike the MK 1.5, the circuit includes 3 transistors and can be heard on the infamous track “Keep on Running” by the Spencer Davis Group. All components in this pedal can be found at

Treble Bleed (parallel) 2pk - 2.2nF w/ 150K resistor
Our custom treble bleed circuit has been meticulously crafted for optimal performance in long guitar cable setups, particularly when paired with humbucking pickups and 500K potentiometers. You will receive a pair of treble bleed circuits with this purchase.
Since numerous musicians favor a simultaneous roll-off of treble and bass frequencies, including a 150k-ohm resistor in parallel with the capacitor is commonly recommended. As a result, your high and low frequencies smoothly ascend and descend together, preserving your tone's integrity, irrespective of the volume knob's setting.
Note, the treble bleed modification does not affect your guitar tone when the volume pot is on 10 as the capacitor (and its resistor if present) are short-circuited (bypassed).
Capacitor: Orange drop mylar
Resistor: Carbon film
Capacitor: Lower values = higher frequencies, higher values = lower frequencies
Resistor: lower impedances are brighter, higher impedances are darker
