April is Head Neck Cancer Awareness month and I’m ecstatic to share our NEW HNC Fund: Art of Awareness Campaign

Art of Awareness The Art of Awareness Campaign is designed to raise awareness, educate the public and raise donorship for Head Neck Cancer Fund.

The HNC Fund is EXPANDING! Our NEW VISION is to help more HNC patients each year, as well as to support specific HNC Research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center!!! We are raising money right NOW to support two innovative research programs being conducted by world renowned Head Neck Cancer surgeon Dr. Ian Ganly at MSKCC.

Program 1: For Young Oral Cancer Patients: This research program is designed to specifically identify why very young, non-risk patients are increasingly being diagnosed with HNC and then to stop it from occurring.

Program 2: For Young, HPV Orophanrynx Patients: (The part of the throat at the back of the mouth behind the oral cavity, including: the rear third of the tongue; soft palate; side and back walls of the throat, and the tonsils). This research program entails examining the microbiome of young, HPV Orophanrynx patients in hope of achieving a positive influence on their health outcome.
