Multi-site Position (Mount Pleasant and Pittsburg Locations)

Are you passionate about early childhood education, curriculum excellence, and creating high-quality learning environments? Join our team as a Curriculum & Quality Accreditation Coordinator and help shape the educational experiences that prepare young learners for lifelong success.

Key Responsibilities:
📚 Support the implementation and continuous improvement of preschool curriculum across multiple learning center sites.
⭐ Lead and coordinate quality improvement and accreditation initiatives
📝 Monitor compliance with program standards and licensing requirements
👩‍🏫 Coach and support teaching staff in best practices and instructional excellence
📊 Analyze program data and documentation to ensure high-quality outcomes
🤝 Collaborate with leadership, teachers, and families to promote a culture of excellence across multiple learning center sites.

Qualifications:
✔ Strong knowledge of early childhood education and child development
✔ Experience with curriculum planning, assessment, and program quality standards
✔ Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
✔ Proficiency with technology and data management systems
✔ Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
