Yin Yoga Workshop 🧘🏻‍♀️

Join Tracy Abeles, E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, for this extended and specially curated gentle Yin yoga sequence to balance the nervous system and open the energy channels of the body.

The summer solstice is the moment to move more fully into the heart and represents the most receptive opportunity for your heart to shine. It is a powertul time to set intentions, to honor the light within and to reflect on patience and trust.

In this 90 minute Workshop we will focus on the transition of energy from the heavy growth spurt of Spring and wood element to the Fire element of the Summer.
We will begin with nourishing poses that support the liver and gallbladder meridians and then begin to shift to poses that support the heart and chest, encouraging a deeper connection to self love and empowerment.
This practice encourages reflection, surrender and manifestation, while also providing a calming counterpoint to the energetic nature of summer.

Join Tracy for a transformative, 90 minute class, designed to spark ⚡️ creativity.

🔸 This Workshop is part educational and part experiential. In this transformative, 90 minute class you’ll be invited to find your Inner Creative. Svadhishthana is the home of our energetic body, our passions, creativity and the framework of our desires.
Through playful movement, conversation, breathwork and guided meditation, Tracy will provide ample space to let creativity flourish while feeling present and grounded physically.

🙏🏽 We’re thrilled to host workshops and special events, and we know you’re just as eager to attend!
Our workshops and events are popular and often fill up quickly.
To honor everyone’s time, including our amazing teachers and presenters, we’re introducing a 12-hour cancellation policy for all workshops and events going forward.

ℹ️ Workshop & Events—No shows and late cancellations made within the 12-hour window before the start time of event will result in the full loss of the class credit.

📝 Our 2-hour cancellation policy for regularly scheduled studio classes will remain as is.
