KINDNESS CREW 💕 The East Texas Professional Credit Union Kindness Crew was honored to host a financial Reality Fair at Northeast Texas Community College in Mount Pleasant. The Reality Fair provides a small taste of "life after college" and teaches students how to budget, save and live within their earnings.

PHONE SYSTEM UPDATE - Our former North East Texas Credit Union branches lost phone service during a pop-up storm on Friday, June 24, prior to the merger. Branches impacted include Daingerfield, Diana, Hughes Springs, Jefferson, and both Mount Pleasant locations. Upon the official merger date of July 1, 2022, ETPCU management staff began working with the telecommunications provider to resolve the issue. Despite multiple meetings over the holiday weekend, the vendor has been unsuccessful in bringing the phones back up. We apologize to our members for the inconvenience and assure you that the management team at ETPCU is working directly with the vendor to resolve the situation. We will continue to post updates until the phones are back online.
