I’ve been adding some extra classes in :) It has been such a great honor to practice with so many of you over the past years. I see you, beautiful humans. It has been beautiful seeing some new folks come in to experience what these practices have to offer. There’s a lot of ritual and community at the core, as these are such important aspects of our wellness. Through these times of dehumanization, conflict, and turmoil, we need spaces to remind us of our power and to take up space. We are stronger as a collective.
