One of the things we’re most proud of at LaborFirst is the way our Advocates care for the members they serve. Healthcare can be confusing and overwhelming. Our Advocates are there to guide members through their benefits, answer questions, resolve issues, and provide the kind of support that builds trust over time. It’s this human connection — paired with deep expertise — that makes healthcare navigation and advocacy so meaningful for the retirees and families we support every day.

Last week at LaborFirst, we hosted our Annual Service Awards. This special tradition celebrates the heart of our company: our Service Team, who serve members and clients nationwide as problem solvers, trusted guides, benefits experts, patient listeners, and compassionate advocates. From the highest NPS scores, to most time spent assisting members, we recognized individuals who go above and beyond every single day. To our entire Service Team, thank you for putting our members and clients first. We see it, and we’re grateful.
