Wow...this is fascinating!

54 percent of surveyed inmates in Colorado had serious brain injuries. This program aims to keep them from returning to crime. Only 8 percent of the general population has a history of serious brain injury, compared to 54 percent of people surveyed in jail, on probation or assigned to drug courts in Denver County.

Simple salad for breakfast!
• pepperoni (does have paprika...I can tolerate eating it once a monthish) but nightshades are definitely a trigger for my autoimmune symptoms so cannot overindulge
• leafy greens - the organic mixed greens found in a huge container in the freezing cold, almost can't even walk in there, produce section haha. Anyone else feel that way too?
• Sliced cucumber
• Quite a bit of onion powder as I don't currently have green onions
• Not pictured: lots of drizzled EVOO
