Another backyard transformed!

This homeowner’s brand-new home came with a screened porch—but a closer inspection revealed there were no concrete footings or structural hardware supporting the screen room posts. We corrected the issue by excavating and pouring 3-foot-deep concrete footings, then properly securing the structure with the required hardware for long-term stability.

While we were there, we also expanded the deck and completely rebuilt the staircase, featuring a clean picture-framed design and hidden fasteners for a polished, high-end finish.

This project started with a full tear-down of an aging multi-level deck and turned into a beautiful, low-maintenance outdoor space built to last.

We rebuilt everything using Deckorators Venture composite decking, a great fit for this home with a pool—water resistant, no constant upkeep, just clean and durable.

The transformation includes:
• Multi-level composite deck
• Aluminum railing system
• Integrated deck lighting
• New second-story screen room with a gable roof
• Seamless corrugated metal roofing
• Vinyl-wrapped posts for a clean, finished look
• Exposed cedar trusses with tongue & groove ceiling

We also rebuilt the front porch and coordinated with our friends at on the new vinyl siding to give the entire home a fresh, updated look that ties everything together.
