Olde Square Inn

Thank you for the happy send-off from Harvey's BBQ. Does that sandwich board look familiar? Our "olde" sign will now be living in front of my very favorite barbecue place.

Congratulations to Monica, who worked with me at the Inn for 7 years! She and Zane were very recently married and have returned from their honeymoon in Italy. It was a lovely wedding!

If you haven't gotten the chance since this plaque was placed, on your next walk past the Inn be sure to take a look at the marker at the end of the driveway.

This was part of an Eagle Scout project undertaken by Tristan, a former Breakfast With A Cop kid. He chose 10 Mount Joy locations and created signs telling about the building's or areas's history.

A ton of research, work, and management goes into this type of Eagle Scout endeavor, and he was recently featured in the February 2025 issue of Lancaster County Magazine.
