A fellow investor reached out and wanted to get rid of a few of his properties. Of course I was happy to help. His homes were located in a well kept park in Gastonia, NC and I was able to help find families that were just started out to find a place. The young couple just had a new born and was greatful for this place.

The second home was brought by a young lady for her mom who just moved to the US from Mexico.

I was able to help another owner in the park that was closing. The owner of this home really thought his home was too old and couldn’t be helped. I’m glad I was able to assist him by taking it off his hands.

The owner of this beautiful home took such good care of her it. I’m thankful that she allowed me to help her during a difficult time. The park was closing and many owners didn’t have a place to move their home. In the economic climate we’re in this was a stressful situation for them.
