Flow & Frequency
Today I spent the afternoon on the water with four women who work in Cincinnati Public Schools.
Before heading back to shore, I guided them through breathwork, meditation, and a short sound journey using native flute, singing bowls, chimes, and ocean sounds.
For twenty minutes, there was nowhere to be, nothing to accomplish, and no one to take care of.
Just the water.
Just the breath.
Just a chance to receive.
Moments like these remind me that restoration doesn’t always require a retreat center or a week away from life.
Sometimes it begins with permission to pause. 🤍
Tonight reminded me why I do this.
As the sun began to set on the longest day of the year, we gathered beneath the open sky to pause, breathe, listen, and simply be.
Thank you to everyone who joined me for this Sunset Solstice Sound Bath. Your presence, openness, and willingness to slow down helped create a space filled with connection, reflection, and peace.
I’m honored to hold these experiences and grateful for each person who chose to spend their evening in community.
May you carry a little more stillness, clarity, and ease with you into the season ahead. 🌿✨
With gratitude,
Tamar

Things I thought were strength… but were actually exhaustion.
For years, I wore these things like badges of honor.
Being the one who handled everything.
Being available to everyone.
Putting myself last.
Staying loyal to situations that no longer fit.
Proving my value through productivity.
Carrying what wasn’t mine.
I thought these things made me strong.
What I’ve come to realize is that many of them were survival strategies.
They helped me get through seasons of my life.
But eventually, survival becomes exhausting when it was never meant to be a permanent way of living.
The strongest thing I’ve learned isn’t how to carry more.
It’s knowing what is no longer mine to carry.
Which one resonates most with you?

✨ NEW EPISODE: WHO ARE YOU WITHOUT THE STORY? ✨
Lately I’ve been reflecting on the identities I’ve carried throughout my life.
The strong one.
The achiever.
The caretaker.
The rescuer.
The one who always figures it out.
For a long time, I thought those identities were who I was.
What I’ve come to realize is that many of them were stories I created to survive.
And while those stories once served me, some of them no longer fit the woman I’m becoming.
In this episode, I explore self-worth, people-pleasing, relationships, resilience, the stories we tell ourselves, and what happens when we finally have the courage to release the identities we’ve outgrown.
The question that stayed with me long after recording was:
Who are you without the story?

What if giving yourself 90 minutes could change the way you feel?
So many of us move through life carrying stress, responsibilities, noise, and constant demands on our attention. We keep going because that’s what we’ve always done.
Flow & Frequency was created as an invitation to do something different.
To pause.
To breathe.
To receive.
Through the soothing vibrations of gong, singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, participants often report feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, clear-minded, and more connected to themselves.
It’s not about escaping life.
It’s about creating enough stillness to hear yourself again.
This beautiful review came from a recent outdoor sound bath experience, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to create these spaces for others.
✨ If you’ve been curious about sound baths, my Summer Solstice Sound Bath is happening June 19 at Woodland Mound Park. Link to purchase a ticket is in the first comment.
